Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, booking a session, consultation, or taking part in any energy work with Shakti Guru, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to everything below.

1. Nature of the services

Shakti Guru offers live Kundalini energy practice (shaktipat transmission), meditation, consultations, and related spiritual and educational sessions. These services are for spiritual, educational and personal-growth purposes only — they are not medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, including a clear profile photo (which is reviewed before approval), and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over, unless a parent or guardian consents.

3. Bookings, sessions & payments

Sessions and consultations are scheduled through your account. Payment is made through the secure payment options shown in your account after a booking is confirmed. For video sessions, you are responsible for being in a private, safe and quiet environment during the call.

4. Disclaimer & release of liability

By taking part in any session, consultation, or energy work with Shakti Guru, I acknowledge and agree:

  1. These services are for spiritual, educational and personal-growth purposes only — NOT medical, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment, and not a substitute for professional advice.
  2. I will consult a qualified healthcare provider for any condition, and will not stop, delay or replace any prescribed treatment because of these sessions.
  3. Energy work and meditation can produce strong responses. I take part voluntarily and at my own risk, and am responsible for my own wellbeing during and after sessions.
  4. Results vary; no specific outcome, cure or result is promised or guaranteed.
  5. I confirm I am of sound mind, taking part freely, and (unless a parent/guardian consents) at least 18 years old.
  6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Shakti Guru, its practitioners and affiliates from any claim, liability or damage arising from my participation.
  7. For video sessions, I am responsible for being in a private, safe environment during the call.

5. Privacy

Information you provide (including intake details and IP address) is used to schedule your sessions and support you safely. It is not sold. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your data.
